Cake It Toronto's purpose is to provide custom and individual service to each costumer with our high-quality products. We stand behind our products proudly with 100% satisfaction, guarantee!

We usually take orders at least one week in advance. Last minute orders are welcome as well, based on our availability (with additional fee).
Changing an order is also considered Last Minute order, design and flavor in particularly.

Provide us with all of the order details (names, dates, where is it taking place etc...) at least one week ahead is mandatory.

Cake It Toronto offers delivery only for weddings and big events.

- at pickup -

Our custom design cakes are NOT meant to be outside for long.

When you pick-up your cake from us, we offer you to put a non-slip mat to hold the product down and prevent sliding.
If you send someone else to pick-up a product, they are responsible for it after it leaves our hands. Please make sure your order is just the way you wanted it BEFORE it leaves our bakery.
Please keep in mind to brake and corner SMOOTHLY when picking up a product from us.

We do not take responsibility for any damaged product after it leaves our hands.

- Drive carefully! -

We put a lot of work into every cake, so make sure to avoid steep ramps, sudden stops and quick starts…and watch out for those speed bumps!

To keep the product cool, keep it away from direct sun-light and turn on the A/C (although it must be in the refrigerator when you arrive to your destination).
We do not recommend long distance travel with our cakes (especially in summer time & hot days).

Once you’ve arrived at your destination, open the side of the box and slide the cake out rather than lifting it.
Cakes should be kept cool to prevent melting. Keep temperature inside and outside the car in mind.

If it’s a hot day outside, the air conditioning may not reach the trunk, so it might be safer to place the cake on the floor of the car to keep it cool.
If it’s too cold outside, your icing may start to freeze and could "sweat" as it comes back to room temperature.
A dab of paper towel should help with that, so add those to your repair kit if you’re traveling in the freezing winter months!

Please make sure that the cake is to your satisfaction before you leave with it.
